The terms and conditions shall constitute a legal agreement between you and AllMandarin with respect to the Services provided through the Web site and shall be binding in all circumstances.

Acceptance of the Terms

By using the information, tools, features and functionality located on AllMandarin.com (together the “Service” or the “Services”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Terms, whether you are a “Visitor” (which means that you simply browse the AllMandarin website) or you are a “Customer” (which means that you have registered with AllMandarin). The term “you” or “User” refers to a Visitor or a Customer. The term “we” refers to AllMandarin. The term “Material” refers to all class materials used in our classes. If you wish to become a Customer, or make use of the Service, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the registration process.

General User Responsibilities

All registered Users agree not to post, distribute, publish or by any other means transmit material which is offensive, including offensive language, photography or any other material of an offensive or sexual nature. Breach of this condition by any member will result in termination of that members registration and may result in the appropriate authorities being notified.

All registered Users agree not to post, distribute, publish or by any other means place any computer code on the AllMandarin web site which directly or indirectly links to another web site without our express permission.

All registered Users agree not to distribute or share their Username and / or Password details with any other individual or company for the purposes of allowing others to utilize the services provided through AllMandarin.

All registered Users warrant and self certify that they can form legally binding contracts under their applicable law.

Student Registration

When registering as a Chinese Language Student you will be required to provide personal information not limited to your desired Username; desired Password; your email address;  your country of residence; your local time zone (if applicable). By registering an account you are confirming that accept the terms and conditions of use. To use the AllMandarin platform you will also be required to setup a Skype account and notify ourselves of your Skype name so that we may connect you to your chosen Chinese Teacher.

Booking, Fees and Cancellations

All prices displayed publicly on AllMandarin.com are inclusive of all fees. By purchasing a Package you agree to be bound to the following terms:

Free trial class are available only to first-time users.

AllMandarin guarantees that every credit card/paypal transaction you make at AllMandarin is 100% secure.

All Chinese course fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered.

An exception to the prior paragraph is our 7-day money back guarantee. Within 7 days after purchase you have the right to cancel your course by written (email: service@allmandarin.com) notice and receive your remaining class credits money back.

A scheduled lesson has to be cancelled or reschedule at least 12 hours before, otherwise the lesson is going to be deducted from the purchased lesson-package, without any further announcement.
